Crispy Cheesy Pan Pizza

Serves: 6 pizzas | Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins

This will make enough for several pizzas, but can be easily frozen in 1/2 cup portions.


Quantity Ingredient
2 tbsp Olive oil
3-4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 28 oz can DOP peeled tomatoes
1 6 oz can Tomato paste
1/2 tbsp Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Basil, dried
1/2 tsp Oregano, dried

  1. Crush peeled tomatoes to even consistency in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add olive oil to sauce pot on medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  5. Cover the pot, turn down heat slightly, and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes.
