1 lb Ground beef
1 Onion, medium
24 oz Refried beans
1 lb Velveeta, cubed
16 oz Salsa
4 oz Green chiles, chopped
3 oz Black olives, chopped

  1. Cook ground beef and onion in a large pot until beef is brown and onion is soft and translucent, drain grease.
  2. Add refried beans, salsa, green chiles, and black olives. Turn heat to low and cook for one hour.
  3. Add Velveeta, cook until melted and simmer for additional 5-10 minutes.
