Quantity Ingredient
1-2 Sweet potatoes
2 tbsp Canola oil
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Ground cumin

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Chop sweet potatoes and toss in oil, salt, chili powder, and ground cumin until covered.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and flip and stir the sweet potatoes.  Then continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until they have puffed up and have crisp round edges.
