| 1 | 5oz can of Solid White Albacore tuna |
| ¾ spear | Pickle, finely diced |
| 15-20 drops | Lemon Juice |
| 2 tsp. | Minced garlic |
| 1/8 cup | Peas |
| 2-3 dashes | Onion powder |
| 2-3 dashes | Basil, finely chopped |
| 1 dash | Crushed red pepper or ghost pepper [optional] |
| 2 ½ heaping spoonfuls | Mayonnaise |
| 2 twists | Freshly ground Sea Salt |
| 5 twists | Freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 slices | sandwich bread |
| 1 slice | cheddar or colby-jack cheese |
| 1-2 leafs | green leaf / romaine lettuce |
- Drain tuna, dump into mixing bowl and use a fork to mash into bits
- Add all remaining ingredients (up until the bread) into the bowl and mix to even consistency
- Lightly toast 2 slices of bread with slice of cheese
- Evenly distribute tuna salad onto bread slice with cheese
- Add lettuce on top
- Top with remaining bread slice
- Cut diagonally, serve with chips or crackers and remainder of pickle spear if you haven't eaten it already
